The Women Accelerators is proud to be a community partner with the Center for Women and Business at Bentley University to launch Peer Mentoring Circles during the Gearing Up Conference. Five mentors will lead The Peer Mentoring Circles on different topics, from building a leadership presence and career changes to personal branding.
The Gearing Up Conference is particularly impactful for those in their early to mid-career level to gain the skills and inspiration to thrive personally and professionally and aspire to leadership. This year’s theme is Intersectionality in Leadership as we prepare women, trans and non-binary professionals, and allies to disrupt the corporate pipeline and lead authentically.
