This interactive in-person session will empower women to take charge of their personal brand by combining practical tools with strategies to strengthen self-confidence and presence. Participants will learn how to craft personal mission statements, design vision boards, and develop professional portfolios that consistently communicate their values and strengths. Alongside these tools, they will explore techniques to project confidence, enhance executive presence, and align their perception with who they truly are. By the end of the session, participants will have actionable steps to showcase their brand in both personal and professional contexts authentically.
The event will be held at Tomo360’s office. There will be light refreshments. Register by the end of the day on October 24, 2025.

About Sophan Smith
Sophan Smith is a visionary leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management, workforce development, and strategic
partnerships. Most recently serving as Executive Director of Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), Sophan championed inclusive entrepreneurship by fostering community collaborations, building sustainable fundraising strategies, and securing the organization’s largest federal grant to date. Her leadership was recognized with the 2022 Community Advocacy Award from Eastern Bank.
A proud graduate of UMass Lowell, Sophan’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in her upbringing in the city and her lived experience as the daughter of an immigrant mother. She has spent her career working to amplify the voices of underrepresented individuals and strengthen gateway cities across Massachusetts. Her community engagement includes serving on the boards of the Asian Community Fund, the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, the Asian Business Empowerment Council, and the Lowell Development & Financial Corporation.
Beyond her professional and civic work, she is most proud to be the mother of two children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking traditional Cambodian dishes and shopping for stylish heels that complement her bold and purposeful stride.
