Looking for wellness activities while at home? Check out this vinyasa class that will be led by one of our WA team members: Sam Stone!

For this virtual class, we’ll start with a short talk about the importance of being healthy as part of maintaining work-life balance, followed by an all levels vinyasa class. Through this event, we’d like to promote the benefits of physical and mental exercise in our personal and professional lives, especially during these stressful times.

Sam Stone has always been passionate for health and wellness. With classical trainings in nutrition, yoga teaching, and as Mad Dogg Certified Spinning®, she brings a fully rounded approach to any fitness goals. She completed her 200-hr Yoga Training with Yoga Haven and obtained further Yin yoga certification with Norman Blair. Her yoga classes focus on flexibility and releasing the body’s connective tissues, while linking movement to breath. While in her spin classes, she will challenge you to push past your limits and to get lost in the adrenaline of the ride. You will find her classes to be a place one can feel welcome, at home, and self-aware. She is one of the newest members of Women Accelerators Cambridge Team.
