“I benefited enormously from the program, particularly in the areas of confidence and strategic thinking. Understanding some of the challenges that women face when moving from tactical contributor to the strategic leader was really helpful – it made me realize that the challenges I was facing weren’t unique to me and were in fact very common. It was also really helpful to hear stories and thoughts from so many women in similar situations, as it made me feel a lot less alone. One of the most important things I learned from the program is that I already had a lot of great skills that brought value to my company – I just needed to learn how to best leverage those skills and increase my visibility and strategic thinking skills. Kim and Ilhiana were great coaches, and I would highly recommend this program to future and current women leaders!”

“Thank you for an excellent program.  I especially enjoyed the segment on strategic thinking.  Looking forward to referring women on my team to this program in the future.” (Oracle)

“I learned a lot from you and the other fantastic women in the program. Thank you so much for such a great experience.”  (Collins Aerospace – now Raytheon)

“It was an honor to be in this training and learning from so many wonderful young ladies who I know will become and are successful women of tomorrow.” (Coalition for a Better Acre)
