• Explore the various traits and behaviors that enhance a leader’s presence in the Life Sciences industry

• Understand how character, substance, and style affect a leader’s presence, and

• Gain clarity on your personal presence in three key areas: physical, communication and emotional presence.

Jessica N. Grounds is an internationally recognized thought-leader in women’s leadership and diversity practices. She has developed innovative approaches to advance women leaders and has published cutting-edge research on effective leadership in both business and politics.

 

As the DEI Partner for the Leadership Edge, Jessica has facilitated leading-edge trainings and programs targeted to women in the Life Sciences, in the U.S. and globally, to enhance better workplace performance and accelerate women’s leadership skills.
