Our Peer Mentoring Program will start in early October 2023 and runs for six months until April 2024. During the program, Peer Mentoring Circles are encouraged to meet at least once a month virtually, although many circles continue the relationship long after the program is over!

In this program, we provide resources and opportunities to participants of the peer circles to build their skills and cultivate their professional relationships with each other. Peer mentoring circles bring women together for mentorship, camaraderie, and support. It provides a safe space for women to learn, strengthen leadership skills, and reach their full potential.

Peer mentoring is a relationship between people at the same career stage or age, in which one person has more experience than the other in a particular domain and can provide support, knowledge, and skills transfer. Peer mentoring may be a one-on-one relationship or experienced in a group.

Research has shown that being mentored by someone, whether by a sponsor, expert, or peer, can lead to promotion, career change, and visibility. Peer Mentoring Circles are small groups that meet regularly for peer mentorship, skill building, and inspiration. By sharing experiences and insights with their peers, they can work together to advance their careers, understand the issues, and advise each other. Peer mentoring circles are similar to having a focus group of friends who share common goals and help each other consistently.
