de la Femme was thrilled to have Lauren Celano, Co-Founder and CEO of Propel Careers, speak at our Life Sciences event. We were also very glad to have SAI Life Sciences, an India-based CRO, sponsor this event, and that Yu Chen, Director of Business of Development at SAI Life Sciences, was in attendance.
Lauren gave us a great overview of the life sciences landscape and the many career options available in this space. She also highlighted transferable skills that we need to consider as we think about our careers. She informed us that we all have skills that we might overlook as we market ourselves to future employers, and that it is helpful to think about how best to highlight these skills and make a brand for ourselves.
